Conference Terms and Conditions

General

Your registration and payment are confirmation that you have read and accept these terms and conditions.

Disclaimer

Women of Courage organisers reserve the right to change any of the published conference details without notice (if necessary) and has the final decision on any conference related matters. Women of Courage Conference cannot be held responsible for losses incurred by registrants in regard to flights or accommodation bookings as a result of such changes.

Conditions of Entry

Admission to the Conference is subject to our terms:-

• You may be denied entry into, or removed from, the event where Women of Courage Organisers have reasonable grounds to do so, or you are intoxicated, under the influence of illicit drugs, inappropriately attired or in our opinion adversely affecting or likely to affect the enjoyment of the event by others. Women of Courage Organisers also reserve the right to refuse admission at our discretion.

Privacy Act

In providing personal information you acknowledge that –

• The information is being collected for the purpose of being able to contact you. From time to time we may contact you about upcoming events/ initiatives.
• You have rights and access to correct your personal information held by Women of Courage Organisers.

Photo and Video Consent

Women of Courage will record this conference through various media. This may include photos, video and audio, including group images. Women of Courage reserves the right to use this material for promotional purposes and may use this material to advertise future events.

Refunds, Cancellations and Transfers

No refunds will be given in the last week of conference starting. From time to time there may be a need for special consideration of your circumstances in regards to this policy. email anne@calltocourage.nz

You are able to transfer your registration (once only) to another person, however please note that refunds are not available on transferred registrations. To transfer your registration to another person please inform us in writing or email to anne@calltocourage.nz. Address your envelopes to Women of Courage Conference c/- P O Box 850 Hamilton 3240 New Zealand.

Medical Treatment Consent

I give permission for Women of Courage staff and volunteers to obtain emergency medical help if they consider it necessary. I acknowledge that I will be liable for any medical/hospital/ambulance costs and expenses occurring in my treatment.

Waiver Statement

Women of Courage, volunteers and employees are not responsible for any injuries that could occur while at any of the events sponsored by Call To Courage Trust. Guests assume all risks associated with physical injuries that could occur during an event.
